All items in stock will be shipped within 24 hours (week days) of your order being placed and if out of stock you will be notified. Returns Faulty items should be returned for a refund but we do request that you notify us first within 7 days. Please note that non faulty items may be returned for a credit or refund subject to approval and possibly minus any postage costs. We do however believe that you will be happy with your order especially if you sort our advice first as we aim to provide items you will use and enjoy using time and again but feel free to email us with any concerns.
